Thanks a LOT for your testing. The problem is weird, but I have to say that I have wrongly analyzed the 'M_REJECT received' message. In fact, the first value 75 for (75:8) is probably just garbage. The driver saves the SFBR register after MSG OUT phase into the variable that is printed out. I was so familiar with this construct that comes from the original FreeBSD driver that I believed that the SFBR contains the first byte sent after a MSG OUT phase. But it seems it does not. BTW, this construct is one of the rare things I donnot have changed for the Linux driver. Anyway, _I_ made the mistake not to verify that. Now I will read the docs times enough to be 100% sure. I will reply to your mail soon, after having checked all that.
Regards, Gerard.
