I am correct in my belief that the following drivers are doing something they shouldn't (they all define kernel_version[], which spoofs up those drivers when you choose to compile with version-#'s included).
sound/soundcard.c net/3c523.c (MCA-driver available in the MCA-patch) net/atp.c net/smc9194.c net/tulip.c net/yellowfin.c
