Yes, but still with few nitpicks:

dmesg reads only one page of kernel log data (2.1.x has 8192 bytes
buffer)

klogd is unable to decode Oops message from kernel

lsof cannot be used (however, this should not surprise you)

acct package (lastcomm...) doesn't work (this could even be a kernel
bug, didn't check)

procinfo coredumps

probably more...
