THe Xeon is support from 2.1.110 or so upwards. I don't think its significantly different to a Preventium II so hopefully won't suffer any Xeon specific stability problems....
(unless Intel do weird stuff in the next Xeon chipset release like they did with BX and something screws with things here...)
