I've avoided joining this chorus until now.
What's the point of making gratuitous spelling changes to other people's code when they aren't even correct ? Yes, there were several different spellings in the previous version, but 2.1.113 "corrects" some (not all) to 'CDROM', but the spelling in all standards documents is 'CD-ROM'.
