I finnaly got it right! The fact is that my video card, even if it has
vesa 2.0, doesn't have linear frame buffer, only two modes (0x100 and
0x100) are available under bare DOS. But if I load univbe, then boot
with loadlin, it has all the modes I want: note that these modes don't
show in the menu, i just use "loadlin 111Image vga=788" for 800x600x16.
But the logo is small and sometimes it doesn't have the right colors.
