Subjectstrange tcpdump logs from 2.1.109 and 2.1.110pre2
I am currently running 2.1.108ac2 with no problems like the ones seen
below which occured both in 2.1.109 and 2.1.110pre2.

<tcpdump from a simple ftp session to sunsite.unc.edu>

15:35:16.517380 244.6.163.107 > 152.2.254.81: (frag 17680:-13@920)
[tos 0x3] (ttl 113, bad cksum 4000!, optlen=40[|ip])
15:35:16.537358 209.223.9.58.1038 > 152.2.254.81.21: tcp 0 (DF) (ttl 64,
id 138)
15:35:16.857367 244.6.160.192 > 152.2.254.81: (frag 17680:-13@6376) [tos
0x3] (ttl 113, bad cksum 4000!, optlen=40[|ip])

etc. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I know of one other person
who has experienced these oddities in 2.1.109.
