The fact that they thought it did disturbs me. The fact that anyone *else* ever thought it did also disturbs me. It would be nice if all these legal gray areas surrounding the GPL/LGPL were resolved before a GPL-hostile company takes someone to court and beats them up with something we never though of because none of us are lawyers.
