Unfortunately (the broken) 5.0.14 is included in 2.0.34, a "stable" kernel since months. Anyway one can fix it by using the latest driver from ftp://ftp.dialnet.net:/pub/linux/aic7xxx/ It already tried 5.0.15 and 5.0.18, both worked ok so far.
