You'll have noted that the subject was meant to be "between 2.0.30 and
.33" :(

Yes. It does occur with 2.0.33. I just tried Alan's 2.0.34pre16, and
the problem's still here.

I also tried 2.1.99, with seems to have the same problem. In
addition, whereas in 2.0.x manually ejecting the CD does interrupt
cdplay (which ignores Ctrl-C), in 2.1.99 it causes a "Ugh at
c01119f8", which is in do_page_fault according to System.map:

c0111990 T do_page_fault
c0111da0 t remap_area_pages

Just ask for any other info [note that I still don't know what
readable info to get out of the Oops' data].
