Yes, that's right. This has been hashed out before, I believe. You can't
use GCC 2.8.x with 2.0.x kernels. You just can't do it. I have SVGAlib
1.2.13 compiled on GCC 2.8.1 running on my 2.1.103 devel kernel, and it's
running fine, but 2.0.x WILL NOT work with GCC 2.8.x (or EGCS, I guess).
Switch back to GCC 2.7.2.3 or switch to a development kernel.
