Yeah, this would be most excellent. Right now we disable Nagle for
reasons discussed at <http://www.isi.edu/~johnh/PAPERS/Heidemann97a.html>.
But we could equally well use explicit flushing... and that would solve
the various writev/sendfile issues I've raised.
