Subjectv2.1.106 oddities revisited.
Well, I fixed the problem I had with v2.1.106 that was failing to compile
just by downloading a fresh copy off kernel.org. Thanks due to H.J.Lu for
finding the problem I was having! 

The kernel is just 6k smaller than my previous kernel, wonderful, keep it
up! We might get a 100k bzipped kernel that'll run right in
the L2 cache completely... :o)
