Nowhere handy right now. I'm doing RPM's of them (which makes a lot more sense) since a src.rpm preserves the patches themselves whereas a tar ball does not.
I've put a couple on ftp.uk.linux.org:/pub/linux/alan/Security but see the README first.
gtk and imlib were already folded into Gtk/Gnome as of the 0.20 initial release. Nmh in current Red Hat and Debian has the nmh fixes (about 157K in that lot), and I think both should have the minicom fixes by now.
If someone wishes to become security-audit ftp keeper that would be great
