I haven' t understand very well your email due my English, but you can
set/unset the immutable flag with `chattr +/-i filename`.

andrea@dragon:~$ dpkg -S chattr lsattr
e2fsprogs: /usr/bin/chattr
e2fsprogs: /usr/man/man1/chattr.1.gz
e2fsprogs: /usr/man/man1/lsattr.1.gz
e2fsprogs: /usr/bin/lsattr
