Two things:
where is the scroll-lock features described?
alt-scroll-lock does nothing useful on my keyboard (neither does meta-scroll-lock) - it just stops the keyboard responding until I press it again. Or is this the way it works?
UK win95 keyboard with UK keymap loaded.
