  This means you are using in userland "setserial -W /dev/ttyS?",
 which is no more supported: it does no more means anything.

 Initially, it was used in Debian setup scripts to know if
 serial support is available, as module or compiled in; if
 this command failed, no serial support was compiled.

  So, either modify your serial setup scripts, or ignore
 the warning.
