Hi Steven,
Forget the patch! (do NOT use w/o fixing). It has several serious bugs that in my rush I couldn't test before leaving for DAC. Andre kindly pointed these out.
Also, 5min after posting I discovered that the "evil" FPU coupling check requires interupts being on to work on legacy machines. So moving check_bugs() around in main.c isn't going to work cleanly. Arrg! Any ideas?
