I also have a "TopGun" motherboard. Came in a "Houston Technologies" box. After an intense amount of research on the net, I have located the REAL manufacturer of this motherboard.

You can get flashrom updates, etc...
I just thought this URL might be handy for anyone with such a board, since it was incredibly difficult to locate the manufacturer. I had to use the AMIBIOS startup string that comes up when you reboot your computer, extract the vendor ID, go to AMI's website, look up the ID, and do a websearch for the manufacturer's name.... took days... I hope it saves others from doing the same..
