I have found that I can only get 1500 bytes per second out of ftp over a 28.8 modem in 2.1.103 compared to 2800 in 2.0.33.
The 'route add ... window nnn' option seems to have been left unimplemented in 2.1.103. Is there an alternative? I need a 6K window to get good throughput.
