Ok kids, I know why this is. There's STILL no Config.in file in
the linux/drivers/sound/lowlevel/ directory, and I think that's still
giving problems. Personally, I went back, hacked a Config.in file from the
2.1.101 linux/drivers/sound/Config.in file, and dropped that in, and I've
also been using join-config patch (works clean on 2.1.103). (Besides, I
have to have my AWE synth driver! :) I'll upload a standard diff for the
Config.in file later - forgot to build modules before rebooting my box
into 2.1.103, and of course, nothing worked without them. :)
