SubjectCompilation problems with 2.0.34pre13 [3c590 & PCI]

Hello,

I just noticed that you can't compile support for 3c590
unless you compile in support for PCI as well.

I'm not sure if there are ISA versions of 3c590, but
I don't think it is appopriate behaviour this or
	other way.

The compile (of 3c590) will fail w/ errors about pci_*
	stuff being undefined.

Also, sometime ago, I did complained about fat/msdos/vfat
support missing. It was my fault, it was there just not
in dir 'block' but 'fs'. (under /lib/modules/`uname -r`/)
