Yeah, I'm stupid, that's what is wrong. Arrrgh, sorry everybody, I forgot
that after recent opening of my computer I didn't plug the ethernet cable
back in. It's a home LAN which is currently out of function so I didn't
notice otherwise. Of course, I realized this the minute I sent the mail.

Anyways, the question about proper usage of AF_PACKET remains, i.e. where
can I find examples.
