Subjectsecurebits, compute_creds

I have noticed some patches to export the
symbols securebits and compute_creds.

However, as far as I can see, securebits (which
lies in new header file securebits.h) is not actually
defined anywhere. So exporting the symbol in ksyms.c
naturally doesn't help too much. Defining the symbol
(in securebits.h) at least allows one to get
rid of unresolved symbols. Though I haven't
yet managed to remove the unresolved symbol
compute_creds from binfmt_aout.o, except by
not compiling it as a module ...
