Hey, it's not up for adoption yet! :)
My home computer is still in a box, but I can telnet from work over the weekends to a friendly Linux machine. All the coding and half the testing has been done for months now. I just have to make new versions to track kernel changes.
The problem is that no one can test yet on a Sparc/Sparc64, because the stock 2.1.XX Sparc/Sparc64 trees don't compile. As soon as they do, I'm going to make another version.
After that, it's up to Linus. I wrote to him several days ago and asked him, but I didn't get a response.
