So Digital Unix and VMS are going to have drivers for WinOnly(tm) video
cards? More likely that business unit will just get DEC's graphics unit
to design a card to order and have the silicon unit run off the necessary
chips. Sometimes vertical integration is your friend.

One more time: a (level-2) switch is a bridge. A "level-3 switch" is
