Hello.
I am running a Pentium/II SMP system on kernel 2.0.33. When the system load average gets high, I start getting kernel error messages printed to the syslog. "etho: re-entering interrupt handler" is the message over and over and over again.
The last time this happened, the system hard froze. The last message printed to the console there was something to do with "IRQ freeze". I have replaced the NIC with a brand new Tulip series card, (the old one was a 3COM 3C590x) - however, I am starting to get the same errors again.
Advice please?
Regards, James Thomason
