Well, it looks like I spoke too soon. While the floppy driver loads
properly, my PCI NE2000 card suddenly stopped working after less than
an hour of use. I have two machines, each a Tyan Titan Pro with 2 PPro
CPUs. The machine with a PCI tulip card has been running OK for nearly
10 hours. The machine with the NE2000 card isn't doing so well.

Bringing the interface down, unloading the ne and 8390 modules and
bringing it all back up again doesn't fix the problem. I've appended
my kernel logs below.
