Subjectvideo capture software (BT848 Broken?)

/me again. While talking about MPEG and stuff...

I have a small tcl/tk application which is supported to become a
video capture tool. It is neither comfortable nor very stable, but
can already do video recording (uncompressed avi, video+audio).
Hav'nt found much time for it last months, guess this will not change
in the future becauce I finished my study now...

I'll put my current code to
http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~kraxel/linux/grab-980420.tar.gz

within the next few minutes. If someone wants to take over or use the
code as starting point for another cool application, feel free...
