The bad char in kmod.c is still there (had been reported before on the
list).

lp.c fails to compile if included in the kernel (i.e. not as module)
with:

lp.c: In function `lp_init':
lp.c:719: `parport_nr' undeclared (first use this function)

because `parport_nr' is defined inside #ifdef MODULE

Except that, it compiled fine.
