How do Syn and RST cookies in Linux' TCP/IP stack work? What OS' and other products to they interoperate with? Is T/TCP (RFC1644) implemented in the Linux kernel? Is there any relationship between T/TCP and Linux' Syn and RST cookies?
If the answer is RTFM --- please tell me which M to F'ing R.
