I know for sure it worked under 2.1.92, but there were other problems
there :)
I thought maybe I had screwed up some patches,so I dl'd a new 2.1.95 and
compiled it virgin. kmod was pretty screwed and I had to use modprobe -k
lp to get everyting loaded. That did not get the printer going, so I
recompiled with kmod.c.v5. It properly loads the modules, but printing
still does not work (same symptoms).
Guess I'll just start backing out lp and parport stuff until I find
something that works :(
