When you come down to it.. You'll most likely find reasons why any given thing can not be patented..
The fact is that Patents have become a weapon of large companyes against people and smaller companies.. You can never get one of their patents taken away but they can get yours..
Anyone else find it strange that patent lenghts are becoming longer lasting, even though tech is moving faster?
