Subjectpre-patch-2.1.89-5 breaks the ftape driver
pre-patch-2.1.89-5 includes a change to <linux/mm.h> which breaks
the ftape driver.  By diffing 2.1.88 and 2.1.89-pre5, looking for
vm_dentry-related code, I came up with the fix below. Works fine for me.
