I just compiled it and I'm currently testing it.
Note the currently :)

As you see, I'm still writing, and all the kernel says is:

Mar 25 12:53:03 mirkwood kernel: <7>UDP: short packet: 48/28

Plus some 'last message repeated 501 times' :-)
