Indeed the logic is wrong. Sound is also actually a good finger to point
in terms of excessive kernelness. Sound needs some kernel stuff but it
needs a serious diet and more stuff run via user space server/mixing tools

Sounds currently has all the problems the GGI/KGI split is trying to address
properly for video
