There is a problem in the fvwm module code.
If some module returns in its header that is has 0 bytes of message,
fvwm will read null bytes which results in an error condition starting
with 2.1.something.

The code is in libs/Module.c - I have the code on my laptop sitting
on my homedesk...

I will dig it up and post here.
