Seems to be working quite well for me, along with Bill's patch.
Though I do not make heavy use of smbfs, it is used regularly,
and by a number of people. It most certainly cures the timestamp
corruption, as did the earlier patch with the ifdef's. To my
knowledge I was not having trouble with the issues addressed by
Bill's smbfs_inode33-patch, but I've been running it anyway, on
SMP and non-SMP kernels.
