That's right -- unless I screwed up:)
You could use > 64K queues/messages but without an updated sys/msq_buf.h you will see truncated values for the msg_cbytes and msg_qbytes fields of struct msqid_ds in a msgctl call.
These are now also passed back as four byte values in the place of the __wwait and __rwait parameters -- which are only used in the kernel.
Once these changes are into the "official" kernel distribution I will submit the changes to the glibc developers to complete the large message support.
