Please check the Red Hat errata - this was solved long long ago in the
initscripts update. http://www.redhat.com/support/docs/errata.html

Upgrade to dhcpcd 1.3.16 or newer if available. It mostly works for me. I
don't recall the URL, look it up at http://freshmeat.net
