All people who downloaded HPFS should download new bug-free version: http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~mikulas/vyplody/hpfs/index-e.cgi
The previous version had a bug that it wrote error message when write_inode was called while deleting file. I'm not using write_inode anymore.
Now I think it's ready for normal use. It doesn't corrupt filesystem (none of the previously released versions corrupted filesystem!), doesn't crash, doesn't write error messages. About 60 people downloaded it and I got only one false bug report.
It's ready to be added to kernel. I know, now it's not good time for adding features to kernel. Do you think it could be in some 2.2 or it must wait until 2.3?
