The following oops occured on a dual PII 350 with 512 MB of RAM, 2 x 10.4 UDMA 7200 RPM EIDE disks and BX chipset. The kernel was compiled with egcs 1.1.1, but the one compiled with gcc 2.7.2.3 crashed as well ("free list corrupted", no oops). No oops in the syslog, so I entered it manually.
