Is anyone thinking of directly supporting S3 chips in fbdev for x86 other than S3 Trio and S3 Virge?
Just another related question: is it possible to load some kind of VESA 2.0 BIOS drivers like Scitech Display Doctor for DOS and then load Linux through Loadlin and work with the vesafb driver?
Regards, Antonio Trindade.
