I've been running an Ultra33 for months under Win98 (and briefly - soon to be full time - under NT 5 beta 2) with no corruption at all. In fact, I switched over to the Ultra33 because Win98 and NT 4 refused to install / work with my motherboard's CMD 646 EIDE controller (NT 4 crashed regularly and Win98 would install but would hang on any disk access)!
