After you run configure on acct-6.3, check the config.h file it
generates. Search for HAVE_LINUX_ACCT_H. The line in question should
read

#define HAVE_LINUX_ACCT_H 1

If you change it that way, things should work. (Remember to wipe your
pacct file.)
