SubjectRe: 2.1.130-pre3 doesn't compile
Richard,

I am to be blamed, not Linus for I was "munging those headers" in attempt
to reduce the overall number of lines and generally "cleaning".

But out of about 70 files changed removing about 400 lines (or more) only
this init/main.c somehow slipped through. What other things, does it break?
