My paper tells that the PDP-11/20 which replaced PDP-7 was needed for
preparing patent papers for Bell patent department, and that the text
formatting system was roff (later nroff).

(my paper written in Finnish is at
http://www.ee.oulu.fi/~tuukkat/releases.html
and I got the information most probably from
Bourne, S. R. 1983: The UNIX System. Addison-Wesley, Reading,
Massachusetts.)
