You can override this setting in /etc/fstab; from mine:
/dev/sda1 /nt/c ntfs user,exec,nodev,nosuid,rw,noauto,uid=1729,gid=511,umask=0222 1 1 /dev/sdb1 /nt/e ntfs user,exec,nodev,nosuid,rw,noauto,uid=1729,gid=511,umask=0222 1 1
