I am also running with SMP disabled. But, last night when I tried to duplicate it, I was unable to. If I can get a reliable way to replicate it, I am planning on following Andrea Arcangali's advice to try out arca-19 to see if it helps since it probably has something to do with the scheduler and kswap changes. Unfortunately, if I can't reliably reproduce it though, it's not worthwhile. Suggestions?
