I'm running kernel 2.0.35, glibc2.0.7, in one server with apache as user nobody. But I found several times that apache had used port 1024 to connect to others servers. Is this a bug ? of the kernel ? of the tcp/ip stack ?
I assume that apache is using port 1024 because it is running as a proxy server.
My ip number is 200.9.243.4. and here is the log:
